Shipping policy

Complimentary Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 50 EUR. For orders under 50 EUR, standard shipping fees will apply, and these will be calculated at checkout.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Simply navigate to your region via the currency selector in the footer or menu to discover available shipping methods.

Please note:

• Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable for returns, unless the product is damaged or missing parts as described.

Delays
In the event of a delay in the delivery of goods, we will notify you as soon as possible. If your order cannot be delivered within 30 days of the original order date, you will be informed of the delay. You can choose to either cancel your order or agree on an alternative delivery date with us.

Taxes and Duties
For international orders, local taxes and duties may apply. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.

Unclaimed Shipments
If you fail to collect your parcel or do not provide the required information to the carrier, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, a fee of -25 EUR will be charged for unclaimed shipments.
