However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds within 30 days of delivery. The pen must remain unused and in its original packaging to qualify.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this case, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

Important Notes

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
